Linden Mazurka came to study yoga in in 2014 when his Buddhist practice led him to realize that the mind and the body are both equally necessary for effective meditation. He discovered yoga’s immense benefits to health, well being, and concentration right away, and got hooked. Linden completed his RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 at Ganesha’s Yoga & Wellness. He continues his training in the RYT-500 Program at Ganesha’s Yoga and Wellness. Linden tries to center his practice and teaching in the ideals of mindfulness and awareness, with the aim of increasing them both on and off of the mat, and to integrate his experience in Tai Chi, Qigong, and Tibetan Buddhist meditation to fully explore the eight limbs of yoga. Linden is also a professional musician and vocalist and loves to add live spiritual music to his classes.
