James likes the calm and excitement of his yoga practice. Therefore, it is no wonder James two favorite styles of Yoga are Kundalini and Compassna yoga. He loves Kundalini for its challenging, yet meditative benefits for the mind and body. In addition, Kundalini is peaceful and comforting. On the other hand, he loves the rock n’ roll atmosphere of Hot Compassna Yoga. Furthermore, he likes how Hot Compassna Yoga challenges the mind to push the body to its max. James is on a journey in which he wants to make an impact on the world through the use of social work and yoga. You will see he is well on his way to accomplishing just that if you attend any of his classes.
